Support, that changes your logistics into your advantage
Teamwork is key
LYNX stands for Logistics Yield and Network Experts: the highest level of customer satisfaction and cost optimization is possible when employees become experts in building relationships—both within the team, with other departments, and with clients. We will discuss a wide range of tools to support this goal, and select solutions that best fit your team’s needs. To stabilize results and ensure continuous improvement, I offer mentoring as well as the implementation of simple to use Lean tools.
Quality of Your Deliveries
A high quality of deliveries to your customers means providing undamaged products, intact packaging, ensuring customer satisfaction. High quality also means cost reduction by eliminating the shipment of orders that do not meet expected quality standards. Together with your logistics team and other departments, we will develop solutions that help minimize losses and measurably improve quality—directly translating into increased customer satisfaction and trust in your company.
Service for Your Customers
Timely and complete deliveries enhance customer satisfaction and form the foundation of a company's success. Together with your team, we identify the root causes of service issues, resolve them, and embed changes. Lean tools enable ongoing monitoring of service levels, the identification of trends, and prompt reactions—before your customer notices any decline in service quality.
The aim of Lynx Logistics Support is to prepare your team and systems so that, in the future, you are not dependent on the support of external logistics consultants.
Your Operating Costs
Aligning logistics costs with company revenue is crucial for maintaining a stable margin. If you want to increase your margin, or in the event of declining sales, it is worth to thoroughly analyse the structure of the logistics costs, with particular attention to non-value-adding expenses. My approach involves making the team aware of the sources of costs, followed by establishing project teams tasked with identifying and implementing improvements. I also recommend tools for long-term cost stabilisation and reduction, as well as mentoring for key team members.
